Requirements vary by site and role. Having these ready helps us place you faster.

Mobilisation and support
When a role means travel, we coordinate the details so you know where to be, when to start and who to call. Once you are on site, we stay in touch, and you can reach us if anything changes.
Common questions
How quickly can I be placed in a role?
It depends on your tickets, experience and the roles available at the time, but once you're registered and your compliance checks are done, we can often place people within days for urgent civil, mining and construction roles.
Do I need to pay anything to register?
No. Registering with Hire Force and being considered for work is free. We're paid by the businesses we place you with, not by you.
What if I don't have all my tickets yet?
Register anyway and list what you have. We'll let you know what's needed for the roles you're interested in, and can point you toward training providers where useful.
How and when do I get paid?
Pay cycles depend on the role and site, and we'll confirm the details with you before you start. Timesheets are usually submitted weekly.
Can I work across different states?
Yes. We supply workers nationally, and registering once means you can be considered for roles in any state or territory you're open to.

How fast can you supply workers?
It depends on the roles, numbers and location, but we can often mobilise workers within days for standard civil, mining, construction and industrial roles. Tell us your timeframe and we'll be upfront about what's achievable.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are set out in our Terms of Business, agreed with you before work begins. We're happy to discuss terms that suit larger or ongoing engagements.
Is there a minimum engagement length?
No set minimum — we supply everything from single-day cover to long-term, ongoing placements, including short shutdowns and multi-year projects.
Can workers convert to permanent roles?
Yes. Many of our labour hire placements convert to permanent positions once you and the worker agree it's the right fit — we can talk through conversion terms directly.
Do you handle compliance and inductions?
Yes. We check tickets, licences and right to work before mobilisation, and coordinate site-specific inductions with you.
